My Approach

I offer a warm, engaged and collaborative approach in my work with you. Initially we discuss what’s going on in your life, what you would like to have happen, and then design a plan for how you can best move through life challenges and create meaningful and lasting change.

Most people enter therapy because what they have tried before to be successful and fulfilled in life isn't working anymore.  I offer a safe, confidential and nonjudgmental space where you can explore new options to succeed in life.

Our time together is when you, for once, have another person fully there in your corner to listen, ask meaningful questions and support you to actualize the life and relationships you truly want and deserve. 

My approach in our work together is holistic, dynamic and client-centered. I draw upon a rich variety of mindfulness-based, traditional, somatic and the very best, cutting-edge trauma treatments based on your unique needs.
